He has been with the Firm since September 1997. Jon supervises operations and compliance. He is registered with the NASD as a Series 7 Registered Representative and as a Series 24 General Securities Principal. Prior to joining ProFutures, Jon was employed for over 11 years by Sterling Trust Company, a nation-wide trust company located in Waco, Tx. He served in several executive management positions including Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and was on the Board of Directors. He also served on the Executive Committee of the Retirement Industry Trust Association, a trade association for self-directed trust companies. During his tenure at Sterling Trust, the company increase in assets from $50 million to nearly $1 billion. Jon graduated cum laude from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Finance. Jon lives in Austin, and is an avid water sports enthusiast on Lake Travis. | ||
